VISA CARD CASHBACK PROMOTION 2021

  1. By accepting and taking part in this promotion you are agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions listed.
  2. The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Terms and Conditions is final and binding.
  3. The promoter maintains the right to end this promotion before the end of the advertised period for any reason.
  4. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify and individual that has breached the promotions Terms and Conditions.
  5. This promotion is only available to non-commercial entities and will not be applied to any commercial purchases unless specified specificall by the promoter and agreed up in contract.
  6. The promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Participant in its absolute discretion.

PURCHASE PERIOD

7.  To qualify for this cashback incentive, the purchase must be made between 00:01 AEDT 1 June 2021 and 23:59 AEDT 30 June 2021 inclusive.

8. Purchase must be paid in full before the end of the promotion 23:59 AEDT 30 June 2021 unless specified directly in writing or email from the promoter.

HOW TO CLAIM THE VISA GIFT CARD

9. All claims must be validated and approved by the Promoter.

10. Multiple claims are permitted for separate purchases assuming all other Terms and Conditions have been met.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

11. The promotion is accessible for purchases on the following products:

  • 2.5-5 KW SPLIT SYSTEM ($50 Visa Gift Card)
  • 6-9.5 KW SPLIT SYSTEM ($100 Visa Gift Card)
  • ALL DUCTED SYSTEMS ($200 Visa Gift Card)
  • ALL SOLAR SYSTEMS ($200 Visa Gift Card)

CASHBACK INCENTIVE

12. The cashback incentive will only be provided in the form of visa gift cards and will not be provided in cash.

13. Eligible claimants should allow up to (2) weeks after full payment has been made to receive visa gift card.

LIABILITY AND RELEASE

14. This promotion is in no way sponsored by Facebook, Instagram, Google or Twitter.

GENERAL

15. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims communicated after the promotion period.

16. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide any information necessary to validate an eligible purchase.
